- Only one loan for both construction and buyer end mortgage, with one set of closing costs,
- A locked-in interest rate once under contract,
- As little as 10%* down, and
- Interest-only payments during construction on the amount disbursed.

- Buyer is locked-in and approved from the beginning of the build. Even if interest rates skyrocket, you have peace of mind that the buyer will still be approved at completion.
- Builders only have to carry the cost of the build up to each draw. You then submit an updated sworn statement and lien waivers to Peoples Bank and get paid for the draw.
